We offer FREE AUSTRALIA POST shipping within Australia on all orders over $100.00. 

For orders under this amount, the cost is only $10.00.


We can ship your goods by EXPRESS POST if you prefer speedy delivery for a fee of $15.00.

Simply chose EXPRESS POST option when completeing checkout process.


How long does it take?

We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. 

Occasionally a product which you order may be out of stock. In this case we'll contact you promptly with an ETA. If the product is out of stock with the manufacturer/wholesaler we will consult with you on what alternative brands are available and appropriate.  

Can I track my order?

Certainly. You can track the status of your orders in the My Account section of this website.

You will also receive a tracking ID from Australia Post once your order has been despatched. Simply follow the instructions in the email from Australia Post Click & Send Track your Item 

What about heat sensitive products?

It's important to us that you receive your products in optimal condition. We ensure that all products which, according to manufacturer's guidelines, are "best kept refrigerated", are kept refrigerated on our premises at all times prior to dispatching them. We keep all of our stock out of direct sunlight and away from direct sources of heat at all times. All orders are sent unrefrigerated. If you are ordering heat sensitive products then we recommend you opt for Express POST.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Our focus is shipping to Australian addresses, however if you want us to ship internationally, contact us and we will do our best to help. 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
